Megaespacios ha conseguido integrar los métodos tradicionales de diseño (conectados al origen de los trazos pilares de nuestra profesión y que nos hemos propuesto mantener como identidad propia), con las nuevas herramientas tecnológicas que facilitan la materialización de las ideas y aplicación de nuevas tendencias innovadoras en el sector de la construcción.

DESIGN
Our designs originate from direct understanding with our customers, the market, the space with their problems raised and the perceptions to challenge throughout the project.
We carry out a detailed and participatory analysis with the assigned work teams, in order to achieve the conceptualization of ideas in profitable, rational and optimally adjusted architectural projects available conditions.
PLANNING
We define the phases of the project, timelines, simulations of feasibility and estimation of expenditures, through the participation of interdisciplinary activities of the different specialists in direct and complementary to construction and design.
PROJECT EXECUTION
We carry out the management of financial, material and human resources, taking into account the quality and sustainability standards required by the project.
PRESENTATION
We guarantee the commissioning of the project with the respective maintenance recommendations made by each supplier or manufacturer of the materials used.
